3 GREEN GOLF HOLE
ADDING TO GOLF'S PLAYING FIELD
The 3 Green Golf Hole is a full shot, 3 green, Par 12 golf hole, all contained in a 500-600yd distance. It is truly a high efficiency learning, training/practice and playing field with endless possibilities and benefits. The 3 green concept is not new, in fact, there have been patents on this idea which either ran out or were abandoned. The reason for this could be that this course layout was just not needed, and the design and method of play was too complicated.
Regardless of the reason this concept was never embraced, we think timing is everything, and it’s time is NOW!
Our simplified design concept and method of play are free to build and use. The possibilities are truly endless, this simplified version can be expanded as designers work with clients.
METHOD OF PLAY
Choose the appropriate distance tee marker for your skill level.

Hit another ball from the selected tee toward the Par 3 green. Play through and finish the Par 3 hole.
(see figure 3.3)
2nd Shot | Par 5
After completing the Par 3, locate your first drive and take a 2nd shot toward the Par 5 green. (see figure 3.5)
Drop Ball | Hit to Par 4
Drop a ball at the same spot and hit to the Par 4 green. Finish Par 4 and add one stroke to your score. (see figure 3.4)
Finish Par 5
Hit your 3rd shot toward the Par 5 green. Play through and finish the hole.
(see figure 3.5)
Each green can be played as Par 3’s as well.
(refer to Par 3 tee boxes and white dotted lines)
NEXT GROUP TEES OFF
Tee times are 15 minutes apart. Once all of the players in a group finish the Par 3 and clear the fairway towards the Par 4, the next group can start.
